Commission thoughts
Howdy all, I’m kind of addressing my lack of commission Openings since I do get a lot of messages about them. as of rn, I’m not planning on opening them anytime soon, sometimes I feel like I barely have the stamina to draw adopts lolll, but on top of my job and dming two dnd campaigns. I get a bit tuckered out. Especially when my job makes me so tired I sleep all day. otherwise, for if/when I do reopen commissions, I’m not planning on opening customs. For me customs can be really draining, in retrospect they aren’t hard but they definitely stress me out way more than any other art I make. And since they are one of my most popular commissions I get a lot at once and it’s intimidating to look at lollll. ‘but we’ll see how I feel about it when summer is over since my job rn is seasonal, so I will %100 be laid off by fall lol. hope y'all understand!
ai blocklist thingy
recently been made aware of that blocklist and I really appreciate all the ppl who said something about removing the actual artists featured in it, which apparently I was included lol. so thanks for those who pointed it out along with pointing out my fellow real adopt makers. I appreciate it, and I literally had no idea this existed until this morning. I think its nice to have a list, but I do agree that ppl need to double check if its true. otherwise I got removed from it so its all fine on my end!

Noticing a lot of new ai adopts
Not surprising bc of the uproar of ai art just wanted to share my thoughts bc I do not support ai art especially when ppl make money off of it. Idk it rubs me the wrong way, the reason u should be paid for designing is bc u spent time learning and using ur creativity for creative endeavors. So u pay someone for the creative energy and time they put into making something. So if u just sell ai Ur just making money off of other uncredited artists. Bc regardless of how u feel about it, ai art cannot exist without real artists. It comes down to, is it fair i make money off of typing in a word prompt that steals and mashes up other artists works and then I get to sell it? ‘I’ve seen the argument bf that’s like ”how is it different than if I learn to draw from other artists and so my art is technically an amalgamation of other art too?” u made the art tho? By ur self, with ur own two hands? No one is original, however u still had to put time and effort and a really significant amount of
